HiPP 喜寶有機媽媽會入會須知
歡迎懷孕中的媽媽或子女未滿3歲的家長申請成為會員，如有需要時會要求申請人提供懷孕證明或子女出生證明作核對資料之用。
家長只可為每位子女申請一次，如重覆申請或資料缺漏，申請將不獲處理而不作另行通知。
處理入會程序需時，成功申請人會收到確認通知，而相關迎新資料/優惠會於申請確認後1個月內寄出。
本公司保留審批入會申請的最終決定權。

HiPP Club Membership Notice
Pregnant mothers or parents with children aged 3 or below are welcome. HiPP may require applicants to present the pregnancy proof or the birth certificate of his / her children / child for identification purposes.
Duplicated or incomplete application will not be processed or provided with notices. One application per child is accepted.
Successful applicants will receive a notification and welcome offer within 1 month upon application.
HiPP reserves the final rights on membership approval.
